My Journey through Breast Cancer

On October 11, 2013, I was diagnosed with Stage II Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) ... or as we like to call it, extreme measures for a nap (EMFN). For a while, this blog will be my cancer journal. Enter at your own risk.

look who's 5 months old!

Our little girl still can't sleep past 4 A.M., but otherwise is doing fantastic! She smiles easily, seems extremely interested in all the antics of her big sister, keeps putting on weight like a sumo wrestler, has managed NOT to lose what little hair she has, takes three great naps a day (which sort of makes up for the poor nighttime sleep habits), and seems awfully interested in sitting up on her own. Maybe by six months! Eleanor endears herself to everyone she meets with her easy smile, long eyelashes and nonstop motion (just like in the womb). I can't believe she's five months old already!
