I recently was mentioning to friends that Caleb's and my initials are like the C&H brand, you know how the song goes ... "Pure cane sugar from Hawaii, C and H." C&H - California & Hawaii - Sugar beets from CA and sugar cane from HI. And on a totally different note, don't you just love how the abbreviation for the Aloha State is HI?
